Brooke Burgess

Brooke is thrilled to be joining the Charlottesville Day School community this year! She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Liberty University. Currently Brooke is pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary Education. She has over eight years experience working with preschoolers. With a strong passion for education and a dedication to fostering a love for learning in young minds, she is committed to making a positive impact on the students’ lives. She believes in the power of play-based-learning, where children explore, imagine, and discover the world around them. Outside of the classroom Brooke enjoys being outside in nature, spending time with her husband and family, and crafting.
